Drachen Welle Engineering Sdn Bhd (DWE) was established to capitalize on this rise network design, integration, testing, commissioning, maintaining and material supply. Based in Shah Alam is a wholly owned by Bumiputra company and and also have two subsidiaries, Oscenia Network Technology Sdn Bhd and Drachen Welle Communication Sdn Bhd (DWC) to provide end to end service in telecommunication and civil engineering.

DWE at present registered with Ministry of Finance (MOF), Telekom Malaysia, Tenaga Nasional Berhad and CIDB.
